Refund Policy
At A2Z Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:
Exchange Terms
No Cash Refunds.
An original invoice is required for any product exchange.
Products should be returned in the same condition as when they were sold, including original packaging and complete contents.
Used products cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges are only possible within the same product category.
After 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount.
For HOB and HOOD size issues, exchanges are allowed without deduction within 2 months from the purchase date. No exchanges will be accepted after 2 months.
Items on promotion cannot be exchanged.
If an item purchased at the invoice price later goes on promotion, it will be exchanged at the current price.

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your product back.
